- Kindly endeavor to adhere closely to the provided template for each product, ensuring thorough completion of the required details in the checkout notes section.

- Queen's Eye Candy disclaims responsibility for any missing, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event that your package is marked as delivered but not received, kindly reach out to USPS for assistance, as they are the appropriate point of contact for resolution. Once the package is in the possession of USPS, our responsibility ceases.

- As of right now payments are only through PayPal 

- Once you check out YOU ARE AGREEING to no REFUNDS OR DISPUTES

-Also please understand that crocs and custom orders are completed in the order they are placed. 

- We take pride in making quality items and we will not threaten the quality of work we do by rushing so please order accordingly as our turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.

- Make sure to not use icloud emails.

- Once your order is sent through you may not make any changes. If for some reason there is something that needs serious attention please email or DM us on instagram. 

- Charms are chosen at random we do not take special requests for charms as they are based on the availability of what we have.
